Widespread Energy places SPP shortfall shares

NZX Market Announcement – Widespread Energy raises a further $100,000 under Shortfall Placement Further to the announcement of 22 April, Widespread Energy has today completed allotment procedures for the shortfall of its recent Share Purchase Plan. Three investors have subscribed for these shares, including Widespread Portfolios Limited. A total of 933,789 shares have been subscribed for raising a further $102,716 in new capital for the Company. Combined with allotments made under the Share Purchase Plan and private placements undertaken this year, Widespread Energy has now raised just under $800,000.
